SELLERS RETURN POLICY (for goods ordered and delivered in the United Kingdom):-

PLEASE NOTE: There are NO Returns accepted or Refunds made for any item(s) that is/are personalised in any way whatsoever.

All other stock items:-

NOTIFICATION OF RETURN MUST BE MADE WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIPT.
ITEM MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIPT.

Return Policy Details:

Damaged Goods –
We use an insured carrier and if you receive damaged or faulty goods we are happy to replace or refund upon receipt of returned goods. Damaged items MUST be reported via email with an attached photograph within 24 hours of receipt.

Goods ordered incorrectly or in error –
Returns for items ordered incorrectly are not accepted unless at our discretion (please see the Refunds section below for any charges that may apply to cover our costs) – IF YOU WISH TO RETURN GOODS PLEASE CONTACT US FIRST via email. Enclose purchase details and reason for return with item. Returned goods must be in original packaging with all accessories and should be able to be re-sold. ALL ITEMS ARE RETURNED AT BUYERS COST and should be packed suitably to ensure they reach us in good condition. We suggest you use a dispatch service with track & trace as your are responsible for the goods until they are delivered back to us.

Refunds –

Refunds are made upon receipt of goods in a good condition as described above less the original shipping charge and a 20% fee to cover our handling/restocking and administration costs.

WE WILL ALWAYS TRY TO RESOLVE ANY ISSUES. THIS DOES NOT AFFECT YOU STATUTORY RIGHTS.
